Aluminium Radiator Ferroli Tal-3 1200

Extruded aluminium radiators with high radiating power, plain and linear design, high thermal emissions and low inertia (which allows the system to reach its full capacity quickly).

They consist of heads in die-cast aluminium and bars in extruded aluminium with special alloys, which ensure high corrosion-resistance while at the same time reducing the radiators weight, thus making installation extremely easy.
The heads undergo a special washing cycle and surface treatment before being
painted through anaphoresis. The heads are joined with the bars cut to measure using a specific, high-pressure semiautomatic machine, and are then sealed with a special glue.

TAL radiators are assembled in factory exclusively as 2-element - TAL 2 - or
3-element - TAL 3 - indivisible modules, each of which is available in 6 different
heights, with centre distances ranging from 1000 to 2000 mm. Using nipples and OR components, the modules can be assembled in groups tailored to the needs of the specific system. The modules are tested one by one with a pressure of 13 bar and allow for a maximum working pressure of 10 bar. Each module is painted in white RAL 9010 using epoxy-polyester powders and is then heated in a furnace at a controlled temperature.

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE STANDARDS

As a general rule, radiators are connected to the system by installing the water inlet on top and the water outlet at the bottom. If both the water inlet and the water outlet are installed at the bottom on opposite sides, in order to avoid circulation problems and to maximize thermal efficiency we recommend inserting the plastic diaphragm (available as an accessory) between the first and the second element. If single-pipe valves are used, the centre of the diaphragm must be removed in order to insert the probe (see instructions with figures). To ensure maximum thermal performance, make sure that there is a gap of at least ca. 30 mm from the wall, and of at least ca. 120 from the floor. In case of installation in a wall recess, leave at least 100 mm of empty space above the installation.
