Acid solution for heavy cleanings of heat exchangers and boilers with limestone deposits, as well as for the cleaning of the entire installation, which, besides limestone, also has deposits of oxides, magnetite and sludge. CLEANEX® TOTAL contains corrosion inhibitors in order to provide the optimal protection of iron, copper, stainless steel and aluminum elements. Do not use on zinc and zinc alloy components. The product contains anti-foamig and colorimetric indicators that allow easy use in maintenance operations

How to use: It is used in a concentration of 10% -25%, depending on the degree of encrustation. Use special descaling pumps to recirculate the solution in the system. It is normal to have a slight foaming at the beginning of the operation due to the chemical reaction of dissolving calcium and magnesium salts. After use it is necessary to neutralize the acid residues from the cleaned circuits by successive rinsing with water and with a solution based on NEUTRALIZER. The product is recommended for professional use.
