Anti-algae concentrate liquid for underfloor heating installations.

BIO REDUCT is a non-corrosive biocide with a wide range of application, specially formulated to remove algae and bacteria from underfloor heating systems, condensing boilers or other thermal circuits which operates at reduced temperatures (below 60°C). The product solves the typical problems due to the microbiological growth in installations, such as: blockages of the underfloor circuits, of the flowmeters, the clogging of the collectors and the heat exchangers. It also ensures the good functioning of the installation, extending their service life. By inhibiting the formation of microorganisms, it ensures the conservation of thermal fluids in closed circuits.

BIO REDUCT is compatible with all materials normally present in the installation, including aluminum and its alloys, as well as with any type of antifreeze or corrosion inhibitor from the Chemstal range of products.

Recommendations: In order to ensure optimal protection, prior to the introduction of the inhibitor into the thermal agent, it is recommended to wash the installation with a CHEMSTAL scale remover applicable to the type of installation.

Mode of use: If the system is contaminated, dose 1-2 liters of BIO REDUCT to 100 liters of fluid in the system and recirculate the solution to a working temperature of 25-40 ° C. The effectiveness of the product for cleaning the system is 30-60 minutes. After completing the cleaning process, rinse and refill the system. For prevention purposes, dose 0.5-1 liter BIO REDUCT for 100 liters of fluid.
