Steel boiler for solid fuel Totya Uniline S-23 B

UNILINE S boilers were made for hot water heating systems. They are suitable for providing heating by gravity system or by pumping in houses, greenhouses, workshops, work halls. It was designed for the efficient combustion of solid fuels: brown coal, lignite, briquettes or wood logs.

Thanks to the large fuel door, it can be easily refueled and the interior can be easily cleaned.
Having a large combustion chamber, it can be fed with a large amount of fuel, so it rarely needs to be refilled.
The body of the boiler is made of 3 mm and 5 mm thick steel sheet, by bending at the edges and welded connections
• The boiler doors (3 pcs) were made of cast iron and meet all the requirements for boiler operation (cleaning, feeding, ash removal, air regulation).
• The hearth of the thermal plant is made of steel sheet with a thickness of 5 mm. The door of the combustion chamber and the ashtray, as well as the combustion grates, are made of cast iron.

The boiler is equipped with a painted thermally insulated outer shell. Apart from cleaning, Uniline S requires no other maintenance and can also be used with automatic exhaust systems.
