Condens Neutralyzer Filter

Condensate neutralizing filter for condensing boilers.

The Condens Neutralizer filter is used for the acidity of condensate produced by condensing boilers up to 35 kW.

Based on the legislation in force (NTPA 002-2002, normative regarding the conditions for the discharge of waste water in the sewage networks of localities), in the places where the condensing plants are located, there is the obligation to install a neutralizing filter for the acidity of the condensate produced by the plants. Thus, damage to the pipelines and the environment can be prevented.

INSTALLATION:
The filter must be installed near the boiler, so that the condensate produced passes through the device, which leads to the change of pH from acid to neutral, due to the granules in the cartridge inside the filter.

MAINTENANCE:
The inner cartridge is replaced periodically depending on the productivity of the plant (it is usually replaced during the usual maintenance operations of the plant). It is recommended to replace the inner cartridge 2-3 times per season.
