Dual-fuel Burner Weishaupt WGL40/1-AZM 1" 125-550 kW

The WGL slots seamlessly into the W-series product family, combining all the advantages of the WG and WL burners with dual-fuel flexibility.

Weishaupt dual-fuel burners offer the flexibility of gas or oil-fired operation. In normal operation, gas is generally used as the main fuel. Remote fuel changeover between gas and oil can be easily effected via the optional field bus expansion module.

Exemplary efficiency
Digital combustion management ensures that the burner only produces as much heat as the boiler needs. The oil pump is driven by a separate motor and is disconnected when the burner is firing on gas, which preserves the pump and saves electrical energy. The electronically controlled air damper closes fully on shutdown to prevent cooling of the combustion chamber.

Quiet operation
The air inlet housing is sound attenuated, which results in a noticible reduction in noise

The specially developed Mixing assembly works with lower gas connection pressures. That makes it possible to use smaller-diameter valve trains.
