Neutral agent for cleaning thermal installations Cleanex Instal Plus 5 kg canister

CLEANEX® INSTAL PLUSis specially developed for the cleaning of sludge deposits from thermal installations that have thermal transfer problems due to limestone, iron and mud oxides.

The product is designed to treat both new heating systems before commissioning and heating systems already in operation.

The product cleans the oil, vaseline, grease and other debris from installing/assembling components of the installation, as well as sludge, deposits and magnetic particles resulting from corrosion, rust scales, limestone deposits and other particulate waste.
Does not require neutralization.

How to use: 1. Add 1 kg of CLEANEX® INSTAL PLUS for each 10 radiators (100 liters of water).
2. To see if the solution has reached all parts of the system, turn on the boiler and watch for 15 minutes if the radiators are warming up equally.
3. For increased process efficiency, use MagnaClean magneto-chemical cleaning system or use a descaling pump in order to replace water from the system and remove the remaining sludge.
4. We recommend recirculating th solution through each radiator / circuit for at least 10-15 min. For highly clogged installations, increase recirculation time.
5. CLEANEX® INSTAL PLUS can be kept in the system for up to two weeks in normal use without any undesirable effect. Periodically check the filters on the installation and clean them if necessary.
6. After cleaning, empty and rinse thoroughly with water the entire system.
7. For corrosion protection, it is recommended that after cleaning, INSTAL PROTECT PLUS should be introduced into the water.
