Pellet Burner Ferroli Sun P7N
Ultra-compact pellet burner supplied complete with automatic loading system consisting of motor and feed screw
The electronic board on the machine offers perfect control of the boiler/burner system, pellet loading and the main elements of a domestic heating system (system circulator, circulator and/or three-way DHW valve, system delivery sensor and storage tank, room thermostat or remote programmable thermostat)
The card's microprocessor recognises what system elements are connected and configures automatically
The user interface is characterised by a large display with adjustment keys on the top back of the cover hood, for easy reading and/or adjusting.
The burner can be adjusted to operate in single-stage or with two type of flame modulation with 5 power levels.
As per standard it comes with a flame return safety thermostat calibrated at 85°C
Flame ignition with electrical heating element and detection with photo-resistor
Two different types of optional storage boxes are available: 180 kg and 280 kg.
- Ultra-compact automatically PELLET JET BURNER
- Supplied complete of feeding motor, worm feeder assembly, connection pipes.
- Pellet holding tank as an optional, in two capacities, 195 lts and 350 lts.
- Solid cast aluminium frame and high-temperatures resistant stainless steel head.
- Safety thermostat for flue gas back-flow, set to 85°C.
- Practical pre-cabled wiring on the right of the casing, for connection to burner and system ancillaries.
- Certified according to DIN EN 15270.
- Complete panel control (display and keys) is over the coverage for an easier access for the customers and the service technician.
- New electronic control panel is more complete for the connection with the heating system. It can control the heating pump and the DHW system (instantaneous or with an external storage).
- The flange and the nozzle are the same of the old versions for a perfect interchangeability.
Heat request occurs through:
- Room Thermostat (optional)
- Room Unit/Remot control (optional) OpenTherm entry
- Domestic hot water temperatur probe (not supplied)
- Remote reset and restart imput (230V - 50 Hz) (not supplied)
Operation:
It’s possible to set up the burner running operation in ON/OFF mode or in two different MODULATING modes (every two in 5 step of flame power)
Function:
- WARM-UP to maintain the exchanger of the boiler in temperature
- AUTO-CONFIGURATION BOILER automatically changes its configuration from “only Heating” to “combi boiler”

SUN P N is supplied as a complete set, in 2 cartons.

One carton with: burner unit
New electronic control panel on board is complete for the connection with the domestic heating system. It can control one heating pump and the DHW system.
It’s possible to control two different domestic hot water system: with a dedicated circulating pump or with a three ways valve.
The unit’s electronic board is arranged for managing an external storage tank for domestic hot water production.
The boiler control system detects the hot water tank probe and automatically configures the DHW function, activating display and relevant controls. Below, two examples of domestic heating system.
