Product Return

Consumers, individuals, who purchase products from www.termix.ro can return them in 14 calendar days, in accordance with the law, without having to justify the decision to withdraw from the distance contract.
The 14-day period begins to run from the date on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the products.

The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them and accompanied by the documentation provided with the purchase, such as user manuals, instructions for use and commissioning, warranty certificates, etc.
