Electronic temperature controller Smile SDC 12-31 N
which ensures the control depending on the time and temperature in the small and medium heating installations with the compensation of the external temperature.
Smile regulators have integrated differential temperature control to control a solar circuit, they can ensure the control of 2 boilers with intelligent rotation and a maximum of 3 heating circuits, 2 of which with mixing valve.
With the help of the 2 auxiliary relays, both solar systems and solid fuel boilers, a heat pump (instead of a boiler), storage tanks or boilers with two coils can be integrated into the system. The controllers can control a condensing boiler with OpenTherm communication protocol (the option excludes the control of the boilers on / off).
From the configuration menu the controller can be set to work in district heating systems with heat exchangers, heating circuits or boilers with or without input from the solarium. Its own communication protocol allows the interconnection of a maximum of 5 regulators, allowing the control of large installations (it does not connect to BMS systems).
Control form: P + I (proportional + integral), regulation with external temperature compensation, with flow temperature control and optional return, optimization with ambient sensor installed.
Boiler control (s): - minimum adjustable start time, no. adjustable on / off cycles per hour, with or without intelligent rotation, min / max limits. for operating temperatures, two-stage burner (only for systems with one boiler) two - a boilers / burners with simple on / off control with / without rotation - modulation of the power of a condensing boiler with OpenTherm communication protocol (excludes the control of other boilers on / off) - with auxiliary relays, return temperature control with mixing valve or bypass pump, injection pumps each boiler
Heat pump control: - simple on / off control (eg: outdoor temperature> + 2 ° C, boiler off and PC on, <+ 2 ° C boiler on and PC off), achievable with auxiliary relays in systems with bivalent sources and storage tank, the function excludes the control of the second boiler
District heating control: - max. 2 heat exchangers with primary control valve (option excludes boiler control), only SDC9 and SDC12
Heating circuit control: - a direct circuit with pump (on boiler temperature) - maximum 2 heating circuits with mixing valve and heating pump with radiators, floor (heating curve, independent temperature and time schedule on each circuit)
Boiler control: - in parallel or with priority, boiler pump with coil, DHW recirculation pump, pump for solar panel circuit for double coil boilers
Control with auxiliary relays: - boiler injection pump, boiler bypass pump, solid fuel boiler circuit mixing valve, boiler return temperature mixing valve, solar circuit pump, solar thermal switch valve, storage tank charging pump - all functions limited to regulator capacity of 2 relays
Operating modes: - automatic, DHW only, continuous comfort program, continuous economic, standby (frost protection), vacation, absent, party (maintains the desired temperature for an adjustable time)
Scheduler clock: - 3 weekly scheduler clocks for each heating circuit and A.C.M. individual
Switching steps: - 4, 3 (different values) on day mode, one on night mode.
Display: lighting, 2x12 characters, text in Romanian - 7 front access buttons: service, work mode switching, info, day mode temperature adjustment, night mode temperature setting, DHW temperature setting and pollution emission measurement
Very simple operation: - rosette / front adjustment knob with “press and twist” technique - 3 password access levels: user, installer, manufacturer
Control elements protection: - anti-freeze, anti-seize pump and servomotors, anti-legionella
Remote control: - with / without display, maximum one on each heating circuit
Telephone switching: - via modem, for a separate circuit or all simultaneously
Communication interface: T2B to connect other Smile controllers, remote controls SDW10 or SDW30N, modem, the maximum distance between the farthest remote control and the main controller can be up to 100 m
