for removing deposits in the combustion chamber of condensing boilers, on the outside surface of aluminum or stainless steel heat exchangers.

The solutions facilitate the execution of periodic maintenance operations in order to efficiently clean the heat exchanger, improve the heat transfer and ensure the proper discharge of the flue gases and resulting condensate.

CLEANEX OXI A - Alkaline agent for cleaning the external part of aluminium heat exchangers and neutralyser for CLEANEX® OXI B when it is used at stainless steel heat exchangers. formulated with a mix of special inhibitors . The products was designed to eliminate the oxides and dirt from the external part of heat exchangers.

CLEANEX OXI B - Acid antiscale agent for cleaning the external part of stainless steel heat exchangers and neutralyser for CLEANEX OXI A when it is used at aluminium heat exchangers. formulated with a mix of special inhibitors . The products was designed to eliminate the oxides and dirt from the external part of heat exchangers.

Manner of use:
The products must be used exclusively together!

For aluminum heat exchangers:

A) Cleaning by spraying:
Spray CLEANEX OXI A on the surface that must been cleaned until it will be entirely covered with solution and let it act from 5 to 15 minutes (depending on the degree of scaling). Rinse with water and spray immediately CLEANEX OXI B letting it act from 2 to 5 minutes. In the end rinse again very well with plenty of water.

B) Cleaning by brushing:
Gradually add the tickening agent in the CLEANEX OXI A bottle and shake until the two compounds are homogenized. To reach the optimum viscosity, wait for the reaction to continue for 10-15 minutes before use. Apply the product with repeated brushes on the surface that require cleaning and let the product act for 5-15 minutes, depending on the consistency of the deposits. Rinse with water and spray CLEANEX OXI B by letting it work for 2-5 minutes before performing the final rinse with plenty of water.

For stainless steel exchangers:

Spray CLEANEX OXI B on the surface that must been cleaned until it will be entirely covered with solution and let it act from 5 to 15 minutes (depending on the degree of scaling). Rinse with water and spray immediately CLEANEX OXI A letting it act from 2 to 5 minutes. In the end rinse again very well with plenty of water.

Do not use water under pressure for rinsing! Depending on the consistency of deposits, it may be necessary to repeat the operation.
