It is a complete package for cleaning and protecting thermal installations that facilitates the execution of operations in heating systems in an efficient and fast way in only 2 steps:

It washes and cleans the thermal installation containing radiators, including the circuit of the main heat exchanger in the boiler by raising in suspension the deposits mainly formed by magnetite (black sludge) that settle in the lower part of the radiators, significantly reducing their heating capacity.

After washing and rinsing the installation, the corrosion inhibitor is introduced into the circuit, which will protect the installation for a relatively long time from the formation and reappearance of magnetite deposits (black sludge).

In this way, the efficiency of the thermal installation is immediately restored, which will be seen in a much faster heating of the home, obviously with a decrease in gas consumption by up to 30%.

The cost of this package for washing and protecting the thermal installation can be amortized during just one winter month.

The package contains:
A 1 kg bottle of CLEANEX INSTAL PLUS, neutral agent (does not require neutralization) for cleaning thermal installations, specially developed for cleaning sludge deposits from thermal installations that have heat transfer problems due to clogging with lime, iron oxides and sludge.
A 1 kg bottle of INSTAL PROTECT PLUS, corrosion and deposit inhibitor with protective film, which ensures optimal protection of the installations and prevents the formation of bacteria in the thermal heating circuits.
A dosing device, CHEM-UNI-DOSE, which facilitates the introduction of chemicals into the heating system.
Way of ussage:
1. Connect the CHEM-UNI-DOSE adapter, included in the package, to the heating system on the charging loop or to one of the radiators, following the installation instructions.
2. One dose of CLEANEX INSTAL PLUS using the mounted adapter is sufficient for approx. 30l water (approx. 3-4 heaters). If the installation is larger, repeat the procedure using the remaining product sufficient for max. 100l water (approx. 10 radiators).
3. Leave the installation in operation for 1-2 weeks (it is recommended to install a Magna Clean Micro 22 mm anti-magnetite filter on the return of the installation to fully retain the dirt in the circuit).
4. Remove the fluid from the installation and recharge the system with water (demineralized water is recommended)
5. Dose INSTAL PROTECT PLUS using the CHEM-UNI-DOSE adapter. One dose is enough for approx. 30l water (approx. 3-4 heaters). If the installation is larger, repeat the procedure using the remaining product sufficient for max. 100l water (approx. 10 radiators).

Check the characteristics of the thermal fluid at most every 12 months.
