Installation & Operation Guidelines

Fuel Quality: For maximum performance, clean combustion, and to safeguard warranty coverage, use only ENplus A1 certified wood pellets (6 mm diameter, moisture < 10%, ash content < 1.2%).
Flue Pipe Connection: Connect to an 80 mm flue pipe with heat-resistant silicone gaskets. For exterior runs, use insulated double-wall stainless steel piping equipped with a condensation trap.
Anti-Condensation Protection: Installing an anti-condensation thermostatic valve (set to 55°C) on the return circuit is recommended to protect the steel heat exchanger against thermal shock and corrosion.
