Installation & Operation Guidelines

Fuel Requirements: Use only premium ENplus A1 certified wood pellets (6 mm diameter, moisture < 10%, ash content < 0.7%) to protect the burner crucible, maintain maximum efficiency, and preserve warranty terms.
Flue Pipe Installation: Requires an 80 mm flue pipe equipped with heat-resistant silicone gaskets. For exterior flue runs, use double-wall insulated stainless steel pipe with a condensation drain connection.
Anti-Condensation Protection: Installing a thermostatic anti-condensation valve (set at 55°C) on the return line is highly recommended to protect the steel exchanger against thermal shock and corrosion.
